Luxury France Tours Travel is a tour operator which specializes in multi-day custom itineraries for discerning travelers. We provide custom experiences & solutions throughout France.

We are looking for a self-motivated sales and booking representative to work with our team.

Key tasks:

Managing client enquiries & relationships

Creating bespoke day tour itineraries based on client needs

Managing requests, itinerary and bookings from travel agents

Creation of customised itinerary copy

Managing guide & supplier relationships

Booking guides, tickets and suppliers

Sourcing and booking client accommodation

About you:

Previous experience working for a similar type of tour operator in France preferably providing bespoke itineraries for high-level clients including transfers, tours & accommodation

Excellent written and spoken English

Meticulous attention to detail & must be good with numbers

You must be a self-starter (and finisher!) and not require a high level of supervision

Ability to learn new operating systems quickly

Flexible with working hours as our clients are primarily from the US so you may need to call or email clients during their business hours.

Adaptable and flexible with the innate capacity to cope under pressure and respond to tight deadlines

Enthusiasm & passion for providing the best tour experiences in France

Permission to work in the UK/France
