Ouvrir un hôtel est une grande aventure surtout lorsque celui-ci a une belle histoire à raconter dans sa Rive Gauche de toujours.

RESUME DU POSTE

La/le plongeur participe au bon fonctionnement du service Plonge / Stewarding.

Elle/Il est le garant de la propreté des locaux de la restauration et du maintien du matériel de la Restauration.

Il a pour missions principales :

• Manipuler et entretenir les équipements liés à la propreté tels que :
  • Les Machines à laver la vaisselle,
  • Les stations de nettoyage des mains,
  • Les compacteurs de déchets.
• Laver et désinfecter les locaux de la cuisine, les plans de travail, sols, équipements, l’inox, etc. selon les normes d’hygiène en vigueur,

PROFIL RECHERCHE

• Etre motivé et Dynamique,
• Capable de pousser, tirer, soulever des charges lourdes,
• Périodes prolongées debout.
