Un(e) Archiviste h/f

en CDD pour une durée de 6 mois

Salaire mensuel brut compris entre 2300 € et 2600 €


MISSIONS :

  • Mise à jour du plan d’archivage de l’Etablissement
  • Assister les Directions dans l’organisation de leurs archives (tri et déplacement des documents, classement, rangement)
  • Préparer les éliminations d’archives
  • Préparer le versement aux archives départementales
  • Mise en œuvre du plan d’archivage électronique, en collaboration avec l’AMO informatique


COMPÉTENCES :

  • Savoir mettre en place une méthodologie de traitement d’archives papier et numérique
  • Maitriser le cadre législatif et règlementaire applicable aux archives papier et numériques
  • Rigueur, autonomie, sens de l’organisation et bon relationnel

NIVEAU ET EXPERIENCE :

  • Titulaire d’un BAC+3 minimum
