OPPORTUNITY

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Professional to join Korn Ferry Digital, specifically focusing on our Employee Experience & Employee Engagement solution. The focus of the role is to position the Korn Listen Solution driving continuous listening programs to help our clients to Listen Right, Understand Fast and Act with Impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive New Sales in the respective market/Geography.
  • Drive New Logo Sales identifying new companies positioning the Korn Ferry Listen Solution
  • Drive the Go to Market strategy with focus on key sectors and accounts within the clients for Renewals/Cross and Net New Logo’s
  • Executes a marketing plan for a the Listen Solution working closely with the Marketing and Lead Generation team
  • Works Closely with our Technology Partners in positioning the integrated solution to our clients
  • Identifies opportunities, including leveraging existing contacts and generating leads in complex buying situations.
  • Liaises closely with regional/local account managers and develops relevant networks of senior stakeholders
  • Prepares complex proposals and solutions that require creativity, entrepreneurialism and specialist knowledge and provides accurate pipelines and forecasts
  • Analyses specified problems and issues to find the best technical and/or professional solutions
  • May manage a small sub-sector and be accountable for the creation and delivery of a specific sales growth plan
  • Tracks and updates client information and opportunities in customer relationship management systems
  • Engage with manager regularly to discuss pre-sale activity levels, new results, future meetings, pipeline, approaches to be successful, and technical/account management support needed to assist in sale
  • Communicates new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity
  • Complies with contracting and account administration processes to ensure that contractual, legal and invoicing requirements are met and high levels of efficiency maintained.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS


The successful candidate will have -

  • Will typically have around 8-10 years of experience in account management
  • Deep expertise in at least one KF area, as well as understanding of broader KF offerings
  • Hunter (Proactive “self starter” and problem solver, who is comfortable conversing with CXOs, both internally and externally)

  • Will regularly present at forums and write about a specialist area

EDUCATION

Bachelors degree required. Advanced degree in business or in a similar field is a plus.
