Vous accueillez, accompagnez et conseillez le client sur les produits et services les mieux adaptés à ses besoins, disponibles en magasin et sur Fnac.com,....

Rattaché(e) au responsable de département Produits Editoriaux du magasin de la Fnac BERCY, vous êtes un véritable ambassadeur de la relation client. Vous dynamisez par vos ventes, les résultats du rayon Produits Editoriaux.


MISSION:

  • Vous accueillez, accompagnez et conseillez le client sur les produits et services les mieux adaptés à ses besoins, disponibles en magasin et sur Fnac.com,
  • Vous vendez les produits en valorisant les services Fnac et vous réalisez toute action complémentaire afin de faciliter le parcours du client en magasin (prescription, commandes, encaissement..),
  • Vous contribuez à la rentabilité des rayons par le respect du plan de merchandising, la mise en avant des produits, la mise en place des opérations commerciales,
  • Vous vous assurez régulièrement de la fiabilité des stocks en vérifiant ladéquation stock physique / stock informatique.

PROFIL :


De formation type Bac/Bac + 2 commerce, vous avez envie de découvrir et/ou dévoluer dans le secteur de la distribution spécialisée, en rejoignant le leader des produits culturels.
Dynamique, polyvalent(e) et autonome, vous êtes reconnu pour votre sens du service très développé.


Votre capacité à travailler en équipe et votre autonomie seront des atouts décisifs au sein des rayons du Produit Editorial, où des compétences impératives dans ces domaines sont nécessaires, tout en ayant un champ daction également sur la librairie jeunesse et la papeterie.
