Votre rôle et vos missions

Context

The headquarters of the AXA Group oversees and supports the subsidiaries worldwide, focusing on coordinating the overall strategy, applying standards, ensuring commercial consistency, and sharing best practices. With approximately 1000 employees from 45 different nationalities, diversity and unity are at the heart of the companys commitment.

In the Communication, Brand, and Sustainability department, you will join the Individual and Employee Shareholder Communication team, responsible for communication with shareholders and management of major projects such as the General Meeting, the Shareplan, and thought leadership publications. As a member of this team, you will contribute to the editorial content of AXAs communication to employee and individual shareholders, modernizing communication channels, and optimizing digital distribution in collaboration with the team and the Communication, Brand, and Corporate Responsibility department.

As a member of the team, you will have the opportunity to:

• Contribute to communication with over 42,000 employee shareholders and over 400,000 individual shareholders, modernizing communication channels, particularly digital ones.
• Participate in defining the editorial strategy and writing content for shareholders.
• Take part in writing the integrated report
• Coordinate the teams report publications, including video and visual production, and coordination with the Groups communication teams.
• Organize digital events such as webinars and conferences, and write briefs and scripts for presenters.
• Contribute to major events such as Investir Day, VivaTech, and the General Meeting.
• Participate in defining the communication strategy for the employee share ownership operation and coordinate with the HR and communication teams of participating countries.
• Manage and oversee cross-functional projects, including occasional collaborations for communication opportunities.

Votre profil

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Masters degree from a leading university (communication, business).
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience.
• Ability to manage long-term projects with rigor and high standards.
• Excellent writing skills in French and English.
• Flexibility, versatility, responsiveness, and the ability to work in a team.
• Open-mindedness and the ability to propose new ideas.
