• Au sein de notre entreprise de chauffages et sanitaires basée sur Yutz: Vous gérez les plannings des contrôleurs techniques et la prise de rendez vous. Vous triez le courrier, établissez les devis, les factures, les relances auprès des clients et la vérification des paiements. Vous aurez pour tâches la gestion administrative courante et la préparation des éléments comptables. Vous serez également amené(e) à assurer laccueil téléphonique et physique de nos clients. Vous avez idéalement une expérience dans la gestion administrative dune PME dans le bâtiment . La connaissance du logiciel de gestion EBP serait un avantage. Poste du lundi au vendredi de 08h à 13h.

• Formation: Bac ou équivalent
