RESUME DU POSTE :
Elle / il assiste le Directeur technique (DOE) dans la gestion administrative du département technique.
Elle / il a pour missions principales de :
- Gérer et exécuter toutes tâches administratives et comptables du département technique,
- Rédiger les mémos et courriers quotidiens,
- Distribuer le courrier et les mémos au sein du département et dans l’ensemble de l’hôtel,
- Répondre au téléphone et prendre les messages du DOE,
- Gérer les absences du département et la préparation des documents administratifs pour le département des ressources humaines,
- Assurer la bonne distribution et le suivi des informations,
- Etre présent aux réunions techniques et prendre les notes pour rédiger le compte rendu,
- Coordonner les réunions internes,
- Commande et suivi des fournitures du département
COMPETENCES REQUISES :
- Connaissances informatiques (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet, etc) et capacité à utiliser les systèmes informatiques et les progiciels.
- Gestion des achats et des matériaux : connaissance des pratiques et des procédures nécessaires pour le suivi des stocks de matériel, des équipements et des fournitures.
- Bonne compréhension et expression orale - Capacité d’écouter, de comprendre, d’expliquer ses informations et idées
- Bonne compréhension écrite - Capacité à rédiger des passations de consignes, des courriers, notes de services, mémos
- Maîtrise de l’anglais requis
PROFIL RECHERCHE :
- Expérience de l’hôtellerie et du secteur technique en particulier,
- Bonne connaissance du fonctionnement des autres services,
- Capacité à communiquer avec les différents services et à faire remonter les informations,
- Rigueur, organisation, esprit d’initiative et d’anticipation.
